CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINTS

At Cussins, we strive to build good quality homes that will stand the test of time and offer residents a good quality of living.

For the best of both worlds, we combine modern low-maintenance materials with traditional pressed clay brick and stone.

Our architects and planners work hard to ensure that the homes we build complement the local surroundings and that layouts are well thought out. They work hand in hand with the construction teams to make sure that the original design concepts are realised.

Construction is managed by our site managers with the help of subcontractors and our own team of site operatives, many of whom have been part of the Cussins team for most of their working lives.

By the time we hand over your keys, your home will have gone through numerous quality checks to ensure that you can spend your time enjoying your new home and not dealing with large snagging lists.

Our homes are hand-built on-site and as such delays can occur as a consequence of material shortages or inclement weather. Similarly, there are times when we will need to return to your home to make good works that have not been completed to our quality standards.

In this event, we endeavour to work with you to ensure that the works are carried out competently and with minimal disruption. Our Customer Care team based at Head Office, should be your first point of contact.

If you are unable to resolve the problem with our Customer Care department or are unhappy with the way your issue has been handled, you may wish to make a formal complaint to our head office. We will aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and to respond within a further 10 working days.
