Just a year after launch, The Limes in Alnwick is now sold out!
Officially opened by The Duke of Northumberland, the site, which overlooks Alnwick Castle, proved such a success that the first launch sold out off-plan. Second and final phases were also met with great demand is now all sold out!
The site, which sits within easy walking distance of Alnwick’s historic town centre, has attracted buyers from the local area along with those from further afield, who have all been attracted by the lifestyle on offer. Taking its name from the mature lime trees which line the development, The Limes has quickly developed into a place with a friendly community spirit.
